Last updated: 1 July 2026
This policy explains what data QET collects across qet.ai and our content network, why we collect it, and the rights you have over it. Short version: we collect little, we sell nothing, and everything we do with your data is written here.

Privacy Policy
Last updated: May 18, 2026
This Privacy Policy describes how QET (“we”, “us”, “our”) collects, uses, and shares information when you visit qet.ai or apply for a role with us.
This policy covers qet.ai only. Our products — Inkio.ai, Histat.io, Tapto.bio, and Qet Lab — operate under their own separate privacy policies, available on each product’s website.
What we collect
When you visit qet.ai, we collect:
- Analytics data via Histat.io, our own privacy-friendly analytics tool. This includes the page you viewed, approximate location based on IP, browser and device type, and referring website. Histat does not use cookies and does not collect personal identifiers.
- Form submissions. If you fill out our Apply or Contact form, we collect the information you provide — typically your name, email address, country, role of interest, and any message you write.
- Server logs. Our web server records standard request information (IP address, timestamp, requested URL) for security and operations. These logs are retained for up to 30 days.
We do not use third-party advertising trackers, social media pixels, or session replay tools on qet.ai.
How we use information
- To respond to job applications and contact form messages
- To understand which pages are visited so we can improve the site
- To detect and prevent abuse, fraud, and security incidents
We do not sell, rent, or share personal information with advertisers or data brokers.
Third parties we use
- Histat.io — our own analytics product, used to count pageviews
- TranslatePress + Cozmoslabs — automatic translation of page content (the content of pages, not your personal data, is sent to their service)
- Email infrastructure — sending and receiving application responses and contact form replies
If you submit a job application, your information will only be reviewed by the QET hiring team and is not shared outside of QET.
Your rights
Depending on your country, you may have the right to:
- Access the personal data we hold about you
- Correct inaccurate data
- Delete your data
- Restrict or object to certain processing
- Port your data to another service
- Withdraw consent at any time
To exercise any of these rights, email us at [email protected]. We’ll respond within 30 days.
If you’re in the European Union, you also have the right to lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.
Data retention
- Job applications — retained for up to 12 months after the application date, then deleted. To request earlier deletion, email us.
- Contact form messages — retained for up to 24 months for reference and follow-up.
- Analytics data — retained for up to 24 months in aggregated form.
- Server logs — retained for up to 30 days.
Children
qet.ai is not directed at children under 16. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 16.
International transfers
If you’re located outside the country where our servers are based, your data may be transferred internationally. We rely on standard contractual clauses and other lawful transfer mechanisms where required.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top will reflect the latest revision. Material changes will be announced via a notice on our website.
